Its annual output is 1.1 million patio umbrellas, and the demand for wood is large. Since the company's support from the cooperative, the source of wood raw materials has been stable, and the product has a “green label”, which has established a corporate image of “responsible for the environment”. It not only overcomes the green barriers of the international market, but also increases the net profit per cubic meter of wood by 150 yuan, greatly increasing the added value of the products and enhancing the company's international image.
In the most serious period of the financial crisis in 2009, the company signed agreements with more than 30 cooperative members, with 16,000 mu of forest rights as collateral and loan financing of more than 12 million yuan, successfully responding to the difficulties caused by the financial crisis. The mortgage farmers issued compensation of 248,000. Through the forest tenure mortgage, the company's financing channels have been broadened, bank loans have been alleviated, forest farmers' income has increased, and “three wins” have been achieved.
